Education System
The duration of the PhD Program in less than eight semesters. The program not less than a total of 24 local credits at least eight courses, two seminars, qualifying examination, thesis proposal, special topics, thesis and dissertation defense occurs. PhD courses consists of compulsory and elective courses. The total ECTS credits is 240. Course concerned that this notice is to be successful you need to have at least 75 out of 100. The seminar course and thesis work area of expertise is the success or failure of the local credit system of the non-credit basis. Upon successful completion of the courses the student is the qualifying exam. If this test is successful before the jury presents a thesis proposal. Specific Admission Requirements
Applicants to Doctor Of Phylosophy’s programme must be graduated from Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Faculty of Arts and Science, Faculty of Fisheries, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Dentistry, Faculty of Pharmacy and Genetics and must have national or international diploma (which has a certificate of accreditation from The Council of Higher Education) from at least 4 (four) years faculty or a college. Admission of students to Doctor Of Phylosophy’s programme will be evaluated according to education and training regulations of The Council of Higher Education and of University of Adnan Menderes

Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading
Measurement and evaluation is consist of quizzes homework, midterm and final exams. Exams consist of mid-term, final examinations. Student must continue 70 % of theoretical lectures and 80 % of practical lectures in order to attend final exams.
Graduation Requirements
A student who has passed the thesis defense, met all other requirements, and submitted at least three bound copies of the thesis to the Graduate School within one month will be granted the doctoral degree, on condition that the Graduate School determines that the thesis is acceptable in terms of format.
