Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to comprehensively teach students the role, applications and impacts of artificial intelligence in the tourism sector and to enable students to understand how they can use artificial intelligence technologies such as data analytics, machine learning, natural language processing and automation in tourism.

Course Content

Artificial intelligence in the tourism sector, data analytics and customer behavior, tourism applications based on machine learning, natural language processing and chatbots, image processing and destination management, sustainability and artificial intelligence, artificial intelligence-supported marketing, ethical use of artificial intelligence and data security, artificial intelligence application examples from the tourism sector
