Objectives of the Course

To minimize the damage to the environment and other organisms caused by pesticides used during the control of diseases and pests.

Course Content

To teach the possible risks arising from the use of pesticides, their effects on the environment, human health and non-target organisms, resistance problems in pests due to intensive use of pesticides, the fate and effective use of pesticides in the environment after use.

6.Knows the negative effects of climate change on human, environment and agriculture and the measures to be taken to reduce the risks
