The purpose of a mindfulness class is to help individuals become aware of the present moment and accept their emotions, thoughts, and body without judgment. This class provides techniques to improve stress management, emotional balance, and focus. It also supports individuals in better understanding themselves, developing healthy coping mechanisms, and enhancing their overall quality of life.
In the mindfulness class, practices such as breathing techniques, meditation methods, and body awareness exercises are taught. Participants learn how to apply mindfulness skills in their daily lives. Additionally, the course includes practical exercises to manage stress, anxiety, and negative thoughts.
