Objectives of the Course

To gain knowledge and skills about the successful management of crowds and groups

Basic Concepts, Types of Crowds, Characteristics of Crowds, Crowd Psychology, Crowds into Groups, Group and Groups Characteristics, Group Dynamics, Preparatory Phase of Social Events, Procedures to Start Social Events, Action Tactics and Forms, Person Types in Provocative Environment: Leaders, Provocators, Affected, Audience, General Principles of Crowd Control, Use of Truncheon and Tear Gas
