Objectives of the Course

The purpose of this course is to provide students with basic mathematical knowledge and the mathematical operations commonly used in computer science. It aims to equip students with the ability to apply the mathematical knowledge and skills necessary for their profession to their work.

Course Content

Within the scope of the course, the Historical Development of Basic Computer Systems, Number Systems, Type Conversions, Mathematical Operations on Systems, Functions and Matrices will be covered with examples and their importance and usage areas on computer systems will be examined.
