The objective of this course is to introduce students to the fundamental concepts, design principles, and management techniques of database systems. Topics covered include database design based on the relational database model, SQL query languages, data integrity, and security. The goal is to develop students' skills in effectively designing, managing, and optimizing database systems.
This course will cover the design, implementation, and management of databases. Fundamental principles such as data modeling, normalization, data integrity, and security within the relational database model will be examined, and database management systems and effective data management processes will be emphasized.
