The aim of this course is to examine the legal regulations concerning actions and transactions carried out through or on information systems, and to analyze legal disputes and types of crimes emerging from information and communication technologies. The course also aims to evaluate the rights and responsibilities related to digital environments.
This course focuses on the legal frameworks and practices associated with information technologies. Key topics include internet law, cybercrimes, electronic evidence, data protection, electronic contracts, and digital identity. Legal intersections with criminal law, private law, and administrative law are also explored. In addition to national regulations, international legal instruments will be addressed.
