The aim of this course is to teach students the fundamental concepts, modules, business process integration, and implementation phases of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Students will gain the knowledge and skills to analyze the strategic importance of ERP systems in businesses and the planning, implementation, and management phases of ERP projects.
Definition, history, and evolution of ERP systems; core ERP modules (finance, accounting, human resources, production, inventory, sales, etc.); integration of ERP with business processes; ERP selection, implementation strategies, change management, risks and success factors; data management, system security, and current ERP technologies (cloud ERP, mobile ERP, AI-based ERP).
