Objectives of the Course

The aim of the Biorobotics and Microrobotic Systems course is to teach the fundamentals of the new interdisciplinary field that combines robotics, micro and nanotechnology, biomedical engineering and materials science, and includes a detailed examination of the principles of Biosignals and Biomechanical Designs.

Course Content

It includes a focus on the laws of physics that prevail at the microscale, technologies for fabricating small devices, biologically inspired design, and applications of the field.
