Objectives of the Course

İşletmede Mesleki Eğitim dersi, ön lisans öğrencilerinin işletmelerde bir akademik dönem süresince işbaşı yapmalarını kapsar. Ders, öğrencilerin iş ortamında gözlem yapmalarını, mesleki becerilerini geliştirmelerini ve edindikleri bilgileri uygulamalarını sağlar. İşletmede mesleki eğitim sürecinde öğrenciler, iş yeri dinamiklerini, iş süreçlerini ve mesleki uygulamaları öğrenirler.

Course Content

This course involves students working full-time in businesses for one academic semester. It enables students to observe real-world practices, improve their professional skills, and apply the knowledge they have acquired. Students learn about workplace dynamics, business processes, and professional applications during the vocational training period.
