Objectives of the Course

To provide students with the ability to understand and apply digital technologies for food safety and traceability throughout the supply chain

Course Content

This course covers digital tracking systems (e.g., RFID, QR codes, blockchain), food chain transparency, legal regulations, and digital quality control tools.
