Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to teach horticultural and field crops growing in crop production.

Classification of horticultural plants, economic importance, cultural processes, propagation, ecological factors, harvesting, storage, transportation and marketing; Classification of field crops, economic importance, soil preparation, cultivation, cultural operations, ecological factors, harvesting, drying, transportation and marketing
