Objectives of the Course

It examines in detail the general principles of the negotiable instrument law, its theories and the problems in practice make students understand.

Course Content

Basic concepts and definitions will be explained in detail, general principles and theories that dominate the negotiable instrument law will be examined in detail and principles and rules related to negotiable instrumental law will be taught.

General principles in bill of exchange, definition of the policy, elements of figure, content.

Provisions on the Absence of Shape Conditions and Open (White) Policy, Acceptance of Policies.

Week 6 - Theoretical

Revenue, Aval, Responsibility for Payment, Acceptance or Nonpayment on Policies and Application Rights.
