Objectives of the Course

To introduce the importance of exercise to students. To teach the social, psychological and physiological effects of sports by comprehending the importance of sport and physical activity throughout life.

Course Content

To provide students with the importance of life-long sports and physical activity, types of exercise, healthy lifestyles, and mobility.
