Objectives of the Course

Basic terms and principles of property law, same right, to give information about posession and land registry

Course Content

The term of same right and their principles; posession; The term of land registry and its elements, The principles which control the principles, land registry documents, operations of land registry (Registry-Commentary-Statement-cancellation-transformation (Difference)- Gender difference-Separate (subdivision)-Combine(amalgamate)-renunciation for road-formation for road-Correction, To work on the correction of topics like the Turkish Civil Law and Cadastry Law.

The terms of posession, the quality of posession, its types, the acquisition and loss of possesion

The protection of posession, the occurence of presumption of rights for transport posessions and the apllication of judgements when posession is given back
Week 4 - Theoretical
The term of land registry, its elements and the responsibility of the state when land registry is hold unlawfully
