Objectives of the Course

The main objectives of this course are to teach real estate appraisal, its methods, importance and the stages, and the issues of Turkish real estate appraisal and their solutions.

Course Content

Introduction to real estate valuation. Main terms of real estate appraisal. Importance of the valuation. Valuation for real estate taxation. Valuation criteria and their effects to value. Valuation methods. Comparison of the methods. 2D and 3D valuation maps. Valuation system of Turkey. Nominal valuation. Reporting of valuation.
