Objectives of the Course

The aim of The Introduction of Digital Transformation course is to introduce students to the basic concepts, processes and importance of digital transformation, and to enable them to understand how digital technologies are used in business and society.

Emphasizing the Importance of Digital Technologies: The course highlights the role of digital technologies in today's business world and society. It explains how digital technologies are used in areas such as gaining a competitive advantage, increasing efficiency, improving customer experience, and fostering innovation. Examining Digital Transformation Strategies: The digital transformation introductory course helps students understand organizational digital transformation strategies. It provides information on how digital strategies are formulated, implemented, and managed. Analyzing the Impact on Business Models: The course explores how digital transformation affects business models. It explains the differences between traditional business models and digital business models, as well as the effects of digitalization on business models.
