Objectives of the Course

More effective and efficient management of institutions and organizations can only be achieved through management systems applications and It is possible to implement modern management approaches in their organizations. Keeping up with the increasing competition with technology and globalization and globalization of products and services. acceptance in the market is possible only by applying management systems and management approaches.

Course Content

Introduction to management systems and approaches, ISO Management systems standards, Classical, Neoclassical, modern and post-modern approaches, Total quality management, process management and applications, six sigma, benchmarking, reengineering, lean manufacturing, kaizen and quality circles.
