It is aimed to define the basic concepts of Organizational Behavior, to examine the basic principles of how individuals and / or groups behave in the organization and to gain the ability to analyze and interpret the effects of individual behaviors on organizational performance.

In this course, individual attitudes and behaviors in organizations, motivation and job satisfaction, perception, management of differences, learning and creativity, conflict and resolution methods, stress and coping ways, leadership, organizational learning, organizational development and change management, organizational processes will be discussed.
