Objectives of the Course

Healthcare personnel providing care to patients in emergency situations should be able to manage both their own stress and the stress of the patient and their relatives.

Course Content

Introduction to the Course, What is an Emergency? What are human behaviors in an emergency? What is stress? What does management mean? What are the effective methods used in stress management?
