Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to equip associate degree students in the field of health with physical fitness, body awareness, and effective communication skills within a group; and to develop endurance, stress management, and self-discipline through team sports.

Course Content

The course content includes practical training sessions based on fundamental team sports such as football, volleyball, and basketball. Through sports, body mechanics, movement coordination, teamwork, and a culture of collaborative work essential in professional life are supported. The course also aims to develop key skills important for healthcare professionals, such as attention, patience, and endurance.
