Objectives of the Course

To be able to prepare preparations from stool, blood and other body liquids and make examinations of parasites.

Course Content

Make microscopic examination of stool, Prepare stool preparations with direct methods, Prepare stool preparations with precipitation method, Prepare stool preparations with floating method, Paint stool preparation, Prepare blood preparation with thickdrop method, Prepare blood preparation with thin separation method, Prepare preparations fromurine and other body liquids with direct examination method, Prepare painted preparations from mucus and brain – cord liquids with direct examination method.
