Objectives of the Course

Defining the concept of meditation and benefiting from its positive effects on physical, spiritual and mental health.

Course Content

Defining meditation, establishing its relationship with the calming of the nervous system and brain waves, understanding the effects of meditation on physical, spiritual and mental health, and applying appropriate meditation techniques.
