The Professional Communication course aims to develop the skills of healthcare professionals to communicate effectively and empathically with patients, their relatives and colleagues. The course covers topics such as the communication process, verbal and nonverbal communication, active listening, giving feedback, communication with difficult patients and crisis situations, cultural differences, ethical principles and professional boundaries.
