Objectives of the Course

This course is aimed to gain the competencies related to their stay in the accommodation process using the automation program .

This course book automation systems used in the hotel business , check-in , provides information about transactions conducted in accommodation and check-out process.

1.Analyzes and explains the operation of advanced hotel automation systems (PMS, CRS, channel manager, etc.) used in accommodation businesses.
2.Reservation management, pricing, room inventory control, and reporting processes are implemented practically thru automation systems.
3.The front office manages data integration between the accounting, sales and marketing, and food and beverage departments thru automation systems.
4.He/She develops solution proposals by analyzing the technical and operational problems encountered in hotel automation systems.
5.He/she keeps up with current digital technologies and automation applications in the tourism sector and uses them effectively in professional processes.
