This course is aimed to gain the competencies related to their stay in the accommodation process using the automation program .
This course book automation systems used in the hotel business , check-in , provides information about transactions conducted in accommodation and check-out process.

| 1. | Analyzes and explains the operation of advanced hotel automation systems (PMS, CRS, channel manager, etc.) used in accommodation businesses. |
| 2. | Reservation management, pricing, room inventory control, and reporting processes are implemented practically thru automation systems. |
| 3. | The front office manages data integration between the accounting, sales and marketing, and food and beverage departments thru automation systems. |
| 4. | He/She develops solution proposals by analyzing the technical and operational problems encountered in hotel automation systems. |
| 5. | He/she keeps up with current digital technologies and automation applications in the tourism sector and uses them effectively in professional processes. |
