Objectives of the Course

In this course, it is aimed that students comprehend the importance of public relations for tourism enterprises, learn the difference between guest relations and public relations, learn the use of public relations for the purpose of promotion in tourism enterprises, and develop public relations activities in tourism enterprises.

Course Content

This course includes the relationship between advertising and promotion in the tourism sector and public relations, the activities of public relations in the public and private sectors, the connection and separation of public relations with guest relations, and the examination of the activities of public relations in tourism.
