Programme Outcomes
1.Defines the basic concepts related to accommodation management.
2.Explains the organizational structure and management processes of accommodation businesses, including the operation of the front office, housekeeping, accounting, sales, marketing, food and beverage, and human resources departments.
3.Explains the basic concepts within customer relations in tourism businesses.
4.Tourism businesses carry out the processes of making reservations, welcoming customers, creating customer records, planning and presenting menus, cleaning rooms and common areas, selling rooms and seats, and creating accounting records.
5. Acquires basic, up-to-date, and practical knowledge related to his profession.
6. Becomes knowledgeable about occupational health and safety, environmental awareness, and quality processes.
7. Follows current developments and practices in his/her profession and uses them effectively.
8.Effectively uses information technologies (software, programs, animation, etc.) related to his profession.
9.Has the ability to evaluate professional problems and issues independently with an analytical and critical approach and to propose solutions.
10.At the level of knowledge and skills, he/she can effectively present his/her thoughts thru written and verbal communication, expressing them clearly.
11.Takes responsibility as a team member to solve complex and unforeseen problems encountered in applications related to the field.
