The aim of this course is to develop the skills and abilities of the students to have the knowledge of management and organization and to closely monitor the practices of current business administration.
Basic concepts of management and organization and management theories; modern pre-modern period and post-modern period.

| 1. | The student explains fundamental concepts such as management, organization, authority, responsibility, and organizational structure. |
| 2. | The student explains the functions of management. |
| 3. | The student analyzes different organizational structures (functional, matrix, etc.) and designs the most suitable structure. |
| 4. | The student distinguishes between classical management approaches and their representatives, neoclassical approaches and their representatives, and the fundamental characteristics of these approaches. |
