Objectives of the Course

The aim is to teach the basic institutions, concepts and theories of constitutional law.

Course Content

Constitutional types, constitutional movements, constitutional sources and their characteristics constitute another subject of the course.

1.To learn the sources of constitutional law, the concept of constitution, constitutional movements
2.founding power, judicial control of the constitutionality of laws, the elements of the state, the theories about the origin of the state to learn
3.Learning the forms of state (republic, monarchy, unitary state, compound state)
4.Theory of separation of powers, learning of government systems according to separation of powers (parliamentary government, presidential regime, parliamentary regime),
5. Democracy theory and types of democracy (direct democracy, semi-direct democracy, representative democracy)
6.Learning electoral systems, election principles, fundamental rights and freedoms
