The aim of this course is to introduce national and international organizations involved in road, air, railway, maritime, and combined transport, to provide students with an understanding of the role of transportation in the global system, and to raise sectoral awareness.
This course covers the importance of international transportation, the definitions of various transportation modes, and the national/international organizations operating in these areas. Each week focuses on a specific mode of transport, explaining the functions, structures, and roles of related institutions within transportation policies.
