The aim of this course is to teach students the national and international transportation law related to road, sea, air, and railway transport; and to equip them with basic knowledge and legal analysis skills regarding transport contracts, the rights and obligations of the parties, carrier liability, and transport documents.
This course covers fundamental concepts of transportation law, transport contracts, carrier liability, contract structures by mode of transport, and transportation documents. Case studies and applications are examined within the framework of national regulations and international conventions for road, sea, air, and rail transport.
