Objectives of the Course

To present fundamentals of financial management, basic financial decisions and applications to solve financial problems within the context of financial management, investment decisions and financial markets.

Course Content

Define financial issues both in theory and in practice Use the basic principles of management in order to solve real life business problems Find out new methods to improve his/her knowledge.

1.Being able to define the basic concepts of financial management and relate them to the financial objectives of a business.
2.Being able to interpret key financial statements such as the balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, and statement of changes in equity.
3.Being able to analyze financial data using graphs and ratios, and evaluate the financial structure of a business
4.Being able to explain the effects of exchange rates, interest rates, and commodity price fluctuations on business finance
5.Being able to make short-term financial decisions using cash flow management, liquidity planning, and budgeting processes.
6.Being able to distinguish between short-term and long-term financing sources and evaluate suitable financing options
7.Being able to analyze investment projects based on financial criteria and contribute to the decision-making process.
