Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to teach ownership rights, management styles, utilities services and superstructure, cargo handling eguipments of harbours and terminals and also the the ongoing activities taking place.

Course Content

This course is an introduction to port and terminal management issues, ports, terminals and their functions, types of ship and cargo, port management, and marketing of competition in ports, port operations, pricing,port planning, port financing, and port is the port equipment will be covered.
