Objectives of the Course

The students, in accordance with legislation and methods of analysis to make vegetable and fat analysis / evaluation aimed to gain proficiency.

6.To perform/evaluate physical and chemical quality analyses of oily raw materials
7.Knowing the chemical structure of lipids, fats and fatty acids
8.Understanding and evaluating the changes in oils through technological processes
9.Evaluating the storage of oily raw materials and the deteriorations that occur during storage
10.To conduct analyses of vegetable oils and assess the compliance of the results with regulations.
