Objectives of the Course

The aim is to provide basic usage skills of operating systems and office application programs (Word Processing Software, Spreadsheet Software, Presentation Preparation Software) by providing basic information about computer systems, the Internet and commonly used services.

Learning Outcomes
1.Knows the basic concepts of computer systems, recognizes Internet services, can do research using the Internet, use common Internet services, use the Windows operating system and make changes to its settings.
2.Can create and save documents in MS Word. Can adjust page settings, insert and change text on the page. Can format text, insert and edit tables, images, and graphs. Can print documents.
3.In MS Powerpoint, you can create a presentation file, add and delete slides. You can choose the slide layout, add text, tables, graphics, images, and clipart to slides. You can also create slide transitions and apply animations. You can also print the document.
4.Using MS Excel, you can create a workbook, enter data into cells, add formulas, create graphs of data, change the properties of programs and workbooks, and print the document.
5.Must be able to make presentations and discuss any topic.
