Objectives of the Course

To learn which documents are used for what purpose in import and export transactions, to prepare the documentation of the necessary documents. To teach the documents used in foreign trade with the application forms and methods, to enable them to gain experience in practical applications as well as theoretical knowledge about the profession.

Course Content

To learn the documents used in foreign trade and to obtain document filling skills. To know the parties in foreign trade. To provide communication skills between the parties through verbal and written e-mail

Week 1 - Theoretical
The importance of using documents in foreign trade transactions and the parties, general concepts about foreign trade transactions
Week 2 - Theoretical
Classification of documents used in international trade and filling commercial documents (proforma invoice, commercial invoice, freight invoice) and sample documents
Week 3 - Theoretical
How to fill in commercial documents (Packing list, Specification document, Parcel packing list), importance of these documents and a sample application
Week 4 - Theoretical
Commercial Documents (Inspection Document, Manufacturer's Analysis Document, Expertise Report), the importance of these documents, usage areas and an example application
Week 5 - Theoretical
What are transport documents? Which documents are used by which means of transport. Seaway bills of lading and bills of lading special in terms of turnover
Week 6 - Theoretical
