Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to introduce the concepts used in the effective management of integrated logistics systems of global organizations and to learn how to find solutions to logistics-related problems for different industries.

Course Content

Principles of integrated logistics management, industry-specific solutions for logistics management, information about the problems encountered in logistics management and their solutions, the role of logistics in supply chain management.
