Objectives of the Course

With this lesson, the student, the different types of transportation will be provided concerning recognition of the legal regulations, implement these arrangements will be provided facing events

Legislation regarding different types of domestic and international transportation, carriage contracts, parties, rights and obligations, carrier's liability, limitation and exclusion of liability, transport documents, transport insurance
