The aim of this course is to inform students about confection production and properties, observing the production process, and basic technologies.
Confection production and properties, organizational structures in confection business, workstream in product development department, workstream in cutting department and necessary machines and equipment, workstream in sewing department and necessary machines and equipment, ironing, packaging, distribution systems.
