Objectives of the Course

With this course it is aimed that students would acquire the competence to join steel pipes using oxy-acetylene and electric arc welding.

Course Content

Pressure Regulator Setting, Adjusting Flame Setting, With oxy-acetylene welding doing wireless sewing. With oxy-acetylene welding doing wire sewing. With oxy-acetylene welding centering piece of work. With oxy-acetylene welding joining tins with welding. With oxy-acetylene welding joining steel pipes. With oxy-acetylene welding doing hot bending. Centering with electric arc welding. Preparation to pipe welding with electric arc welding. Centering steel pipes with electric arc welding. Joining tins with electric welding. Joining steel pipes with electric welding. With gas metal arc welding (MİG/MAG) joining tins. With gas metal arc welding joining pipes. Gas-shielded Tungsten (Tig) electric arc welding.
