Objectives of the Course

In this course the student, commercial, business, commercial examine the terms and provisions of the commercial judiciary, trade companies, securities, share certificates, ownership and type conversion, bankruptcy, liens and able to deal with the liquidation of securities and foreign exchange transactions will be able to do.

Commercial business, commercial and commercial terms, the provisions of the commercial judiciary, merchant and merchant assistants, trade name, business name, company law, negotiable instruments.
