Objectives of the Course

The main objective of this course is to provide an understanding of the basic concepts and principles of physics, to provide students with a better understanding of occupational courses in the medical field and especially in Medical Imaging Techniques, and to increase their knowledge and skills in both theoretical and practical courses.

Measurement, units, conversion between units, mechanics, force, moment, biomechanics, optical and biological vision, acoustics, biological hearing and sound, electricity, magnetism and electromagnetism, electricity and conduction in living organism, medical imaging methods, use of nuclear radiation and living organism affect

Learning Outcomes
1.Knows the working principles of radiodiagnostic, nuclear medicine and radiotherapy devices
2.Distinguishes the components of radiodiagnostic, nuclear medicine and radiotherapy devices and uses them in accordance with the instructions for use.
3.Apply the radiotherapy treatment planned by the radiation physicist with the instruction of the radiotherapy specialist.
4.Learn the basic concepts and principles of physics.
5.Students will gain a better understanding of medical courses, especially in the field of Medical Imaging Techniques
