Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to enable students to learn the preparation processes before computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging, to gain the ability to obtain basic CT and MR images of different anatomical regions, and to acquire practice-oriented basic knowledge about advanced CT and MRI methods.

Course Content

This course covers the preparation stages before computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging, basic CT imaging applications for the head, neck, vertebra, thorax, abdomen, and extremities, advanced CT methods, preparation for magnetic resonance imaging, basic MR imaging applications for the cranial region, neck, thorax, abdomen, and vertebra, and advanced MRI methods.
