| 1. | Can distinguish normal and pathological anatomical structures, physiology and radiological anatomy on medical images. |
| 2. | Performs radiographic examinations such as conventional radiography, fluoroscopy, mammography, angiography, and DEXA using appropriate positioning techniques. |
| 3. | Explains the basic principles, indications, and limitations of advanced imaging methods such as CT and MRI, and uses them appropriately in clinical practice. |
| 4. | Carries out film processing, printing, digital image recording, archiving, and quality control procedures, and monitors the basic maintenance and calibration processes of imaging devices. |
| 5. | Applies the principles of radiation physics, radiobiology, radiation safety, and protection, and optimizes radiation dose for patient, staff, and environmental safety. |
| 6. | Explains the indications, contraindications, and adverse effects of contrast media and related pharmacological agents, and ensures safe administration when required. |
| 7. | Performs basic first aid interventions and applies essential rescue principles in disaster and emergency situations. |
| 8. | Establishes effective and therapeutic communication with patients, relatives, team members, and other healthcare professionals, and explains the importance of teamwork. |
| 9. | Acts in accordance with professional ethics, patient rights, healthcare professionals’ rights and responsibilities, gender equality, and principles of social sensitivity. |
| 10. | Applies healthcare system processes, quality standards, accreditation requirements, and documentation procedures. |
| 11. | Uses information and communication technologies, healthcare informatics systems (PACS, HIS, etc.), and basic office software effectively, and utilizes these tools for personal and professional development. |
