Objectives of the Course

To introduce students to the basic concepts and institutions of law and to provide them with information about the content of the concepts they encounter both in current life and in various parts of their education. On the other hand, it also aims to prepare the infrastructure of the law courses they will take in the future.

Course Content

Definition of law, the importance and principles of law in our social life, its rules, information about other social order rules regulating social life, the sections of law and branches of law that fall under this section, the types, implementation and interpretation of legal rules and the subjects of the Turkish judicial system; Turkish positive law and its problems; the application of the law in various aspects; right; entitlement and the beginning and end of the personality, the rights and capacity of action of real persons, personal rights and ways of protection, responsibility and the operation of responsibility.
