Objectives of the Course

As technology advances, it has become necessary for businesses to fully and efficiently utilize their capabilities in order to gain a competitive edge in the business world. In order for this to be achieved, information processing processes integrated as decision support systems also play an important role. Human resources analytics aims to statistically analyze the workforce within the organization, apply advanced analytical models for reporting purposes, and transform the available big data into meaningful insights. In this context, the course aims to provide information on the use of analytical techniques and models, recruitment analytics, talent analytics, employee performance analysis, competency acquisition analytics, employee attrition analytics, corporate culture analytics, capacity analytics, and leadership analytics.

Course Content

Information is provided on the use of analytical techniques and models; Introduction and utilization of computer software used for analysis are presented; Recruitment analytics are covered; Talent analytics are discussed; Employee performance analysis is addressed; Competency acquisition analytics are explored; Employee attrition analytics are examined; Corporate culture analytics are explained; Capacity analytics are presented; Leadership analytics are discussed.
