Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to provide students with; Interpersonal communication and its models, basic elements of interpersonal communication process, principles regulating interpersonal relations, effective communication methods, body language, communication skills, verbal and nonverbal communication, listening skills, psychological concepts and behavior, conflicts and obstacles in interpersonal communication, etc. It is aimed that they comprehend the subjects and internalize the knowledge they have acquired.

Course Content

Interpersonal Communication Approach, interpersonal communication processes, listening and speaking behavior in interpersonal communication, culture in interpersonal communication, interpersonal communication and communication tools, conflict in interpersonal communication, forms of developing interpersonal communication.
