Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to provide students with; By gaining information about the concept of organization, it is aimed to provide the student with knowledge and perspective within the framework of the communication of an organization with its internal and external institutions, as well as providing the development of organizational communication and functions, organizational communication tools, organizational communication forms, communication skills in organizations.

Communication and Basic Elements of Communication, Organizational Communication and Its Functions, Organizational Communication Tools, Organizational Communication Forms, Developing Communication Skills in Organizations, Communication Barriers in Organizations, Organizational Communication and New Communication Technologies.
