Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to provide students with; To ensure that human resources departments in businesses learn the talent management policies and employer branding processes, and to take leadership roles in managing talents.

Basic Concepts of Talent Management, Approaches to Talent Management, Relationship of HRM Functions with Talent Management, Recruitment, Relationship of HRM Functions with Talent Management, Performance, Relationship of HRM Functions with Talent Management, Training, Talent Retention and Retention of Talent, Talent Backup, Employer Branding Key Concepts Related to Employer Branding, Managerial Approaches in Employer Branding, Employer Brand Perception in Institutions, Employer Branding Processes, Employer Branding and Communication, Employer Brands in Turkey, Employer Branding in Talent Management.
